One of the main reasons we visited Disney World in October this past fall was to try the food at the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. I guess you call my husband and I “foodies.” The fact that we were also there for Jason’s birthday just happened to be luck. (It was the cheapest week for the hotel we were staying at during the festival). Here’s a list of some of the food we tried at the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. Some of the dishes come back the next year, so for anyone thinking of taking a trip to Disney World this fall I definitely recommend trying these dishes.
My favorite dish at Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival has to be the Fisherman’s Pie at the Ireland food stall. I also absolutely love cheese, so this was our first stop.
This booth had the longest line out of any at any time. I think the smell attracted most people. The food smelled amazing! We tried the Lettuce Wrap with roasted pork and kimchi slaw.
The Apple Ice Wine at Canada was one of my favorite beverages at the Food & Wine Festival. Such a shame they don’t give you a larger glass of it.
The Cheese Studio was a cheese lover’s paradise.
If you like Sangria, definitely get a glass of it from the Mexico food stall. You get a lot more for your money than at some of the other food stalls at Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival.
